Green Tea is known to aid healthy cells in all stages of growth and has shown to have anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-inflammatory properties. Tea has natural fluoride which is good for your teeth but the polypenols and catechins can help inhibit and kill the bacteria and viruses in your mouth that causes bad breath gum disease and cavities.
